Episode 107 – July 3rd 2023

Coffee and Connection is a weekly opportunity to learn actionable and practical solutions to your biggest questions and challenges.

Taking time weekly for yourself, to learn, laugh and connect with a community of women who understand your struggles, is an amazing gift you give to yourself and your relationship.

Knowing you are not alone, and that there are solutions to your frustrations, is validating and empowering!

So, you are invited to grab a cup of coffee (or your beverage of choice!) and begin connecting now…

Something I once learned from Shterna Ginsberg: Once you release the feeling of responsibility for their moods, you can start to have compassion for the way they are feeling. E.g. My husband is in a bad mood – instead of letting it get me down, I can do something nice for him e.g. rub his back, bring him a coffee…cuz I feel for his pain, but don’t get upset at him for being in pain…
