223 – Is there more to Pesach than just getting everything done?

223 – Is there more to Pesach than just getting everything done?

Pesach can easily become about getting everything done. The cleaning, the cooking, the lists… and trying to hold it all together.

But what if there’s something deeper happening underneath all of it? In this episode, I talk about how the physical preparation for Pesach isn’t separate from the spiritual experience, but it’s actually part of it.

And I explore the unique role we have, as women, in shaping not just what our homes look like, but how they feel. Because more than anything we say or do, it’s who we are being that creates the energy of our homes.

This is an invitation to pause for a moment…  to reconnect with what Pesach is really about… and to step into it feeling more present, more grounded, and more connected.

222 – There’s a lot going on!

In this episode of Coffee & Connection, we talk about something many women are feeling in the weeks before Pesach – Overwhelm!

There’s a lot to do, and feeling stretched doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

At the same time, the way we think about everything we need to do can add another layer of pressure that affects how we feel and how we show up with the people around us.

In this conversation, I share a few simple shifts to help you stay more grounded and connected, even when things are busy. And some tips on how to move through this season in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be.

221 – Does Pesach prep spill into everything?

Something I often hear from women around this time of year is that the challenge of preparing for Pesach isn’t only the amount of work.

It’s how that stress can start to spill into everything else.

You may notice yourself feeling more impatient than usual and more reactive with the people around you.

Or quietly feeling like you’re carrying so much of the responsibility on your shoulders. And when that happens, it can create distance in the very relationships that we want to feel most connected to during this time.

In this episode of Coffee & Connection, I talk about this dynamic that many women experience during the weeks before Pesach.

I invite you to join me for a real conversation on how the pressure of preparation can affect our relationships, and how we can navigate this season with more calm and connection.

Pesach preparation will still be busy. But it doesn’t have to feel like you’re just trying to get through it. With a little support and intention, these weeks can become a time to feel more calm and grounded, and to show up with your family in the way you truly want to.  Go to https://chanadeutsch.com/calm2026 to find out more

Today on Coffee & Connection, I want to talk about a topic that has really been on my mind for the last ten days: resilience.

Not the kind of resilience that simply means “pushing through” or pretending things don’t matter.

But the kind that comes from understanding that challenges are not dead-ends in our story.

They are part of the story.

I invite you to join me for a real conversation on how this perspective can radically change the way we look at any of our stuggles – in our homes and in our national reality.

So many women feel they want more connection… but life is too busy to deal with it right now.

And even when we do want to talk, we don’t know if it’s the right moment.

Before Purim, I want to look at how the Megillah actually teaches us something very practical about timing in relationships – not rushing, not avoiding, but using small moments differently.

Join me for a real conversation on why waiting for the “right time” often keeps us stuck, and the difference between reacting and intentional timing in a relationship

A question I hear often:

“How can I spend more time with my husband when his schedule is so busy? I just want to feel real connection.”

Many marriages aren’t struggling because of conflict.

They’re struggling because of life.

Work, children, responsibilities, exhaustion… and the relationship slowly gets pushed to the side.

Join me for a conversation on how connection really works, why more time isn’t always the answer, and what does help you feel close again even inside a full life.
