Sharni Brodesky

Sharni Brodesky

As a qualified psychologist (licensed in Australia) specializing in transitions, Sharni specializes in aliyah/immigration adjustment, anxiety disorders including OCD and developmental trauma. She has over 16 years’ experience in community health and private practice. In addition to her qualifications, B. Sc (Psychology) (Hons) at The University of NSW and M. Sc Medicine (Psychotherapy) at The University of Sydney (Australia), Sharni has extensive working knowledge with mental health disorders including prevention and early intervention bringing about lasting change. She uses a combination of psycho-dynamic approach with CBT, EFT and other integrative tools to her psychotherapy practice.

Sharni runs seminars and group interventions, as well as one to one psychotherapy. She works with various centers lecturing on Culture Shock and the Stages of Aliyah adjustment, as well as running a course for parents called Rewiring Children For Success.

Sharni offers a framework to help people cope, process and integrate effects of traumatic experiences, to bring about an enhanced quality of life and lasting change.

Miriam Davidson is a wife and mother of six, ka”h, living in Yerushalayim. She is a psychotherapist, intimacy counselor & educator. In addition to counseling individuals and couples, she teaches an online intimacy course for frum women.

Aliza Bulow

Aliza Bulow

Aliza Bulow is the founder and director of Core, an organization that connects and supports Jewish women to strengthen Jewish homes and communities. Author, educator and mentor, for over three decades, Aliza has spent the past 15 years traveling regularly to teach Torah, offer guidance, leadership training and strategic planning for rabbinic couples and Jewish communal leaders on five continents. Her love of Jewish texts and philosophy was developed at Michlelet Bruria, Hebrew University and Hunter College where she graduated with honors in Hebrew and Jewish Studies. Even before entering college, Aliza’s passion for strengthening Jews and the Jewish community led her to campaign on behalf of Soviet Jewry, visit refusniks in Russia, and build settlements in Israel while serving in the Nachal branch of the IDF in the early 80s. Aliza and her husband live in Denver, Colorado and are happily empty nested parents, foster parents and grandparents of a very diverse bouquet of individuals.

Aliza is an Ivri. She strives to, “לֶךְ־לְךָ Go to yourself…. והיה בְּרָכָֽה׃ and be a blessing.” (Gen. 12:1-2) and to help others do the same.
